PURPOSE

Our Manifested Not Shipped Services (MNS) monitor all shipments and identify the packages that were never scanned by your small package carrier. MNS identifies all packages that carriers invoice their customer however, the customer did not ship. This can occur due to a customer cancellation, order consolidation or shipping process error. TCR will identify these shipments and submit the refunds to the carrier to insure 100% refund on all manifested but not shipped packages.

The benefit is we can help you recoup shipping costs on packages that customers were billed for but did not ship. Plus, we can audit up to 6 months of back data for your company - so you don't pay for services you never received.

PROCEDURES

Customers simply send TCR your electronic billing file or approve carrier to send your electronic billing file directly to TCR. No need to involve your IT, Operations, Accounting or Traffic Departments. TCR accepts all forms of electronic billing file including e-invoice, EDI, web downloads or feeds directly from shipping system etc… Customers may request these files from your carrier at no cost and may continue to receive paper file, if they desire.

FEES

TCR fees are a percentage of the overcharges; therefore there is no risk for customers. If TCR collects nothing you pay nothing.
