We don't just identify misapplied charges, invoice errors, and service failures but we actually get your refund from the carrier. TCR will also identify and assist in implementing supply chain improvements.

Customers simply send TCR your electronic billing file or approve carrier to send your electronic billing file directly to TCR. No need to involve your IT, Operations, Accounting or Traffic Departments. TCR accepts all forms of electronic billing file including e-invoice, EDI, web downloads or feeds directly from practically any shipping system etc... Customers may request these files from your carrier at no cost and may continue to receive paper files, if they desire.

FEES

TCR fees are a percentage of the overcharges; therefore there is no risk for customers. If TCR collects nothing you pay nothing.
